EU Co-funded Development Project

Pohjolan Safarit is investing in the development of tourism services in Kukkolankoski with the support of European Union funding.

The project involves the construction of new accommodation cottages designed for year-round use in Kukkolankoski, Tornio. The aim is to increase accommodation capacity, diversify tourism services, and strengthen the area’s appeal as a travel destination.

The project includes the construction and furnishing of new accommodation facilities, creating more accommodation options and supporting the development of year-round tourism.
